it's clients. The main challenge in this redesign
was to create a fresh and modern look and feel providing
easy navigation while adhering to the existing colour
scheme and incorporating the existing corporate logo.
The information provided includes general
information standard training programmes and custom
solutions with past examples as well as background
information regarding the business and manager.
The new design has gained the managements approval
and furher work to extend the new look to other printing
projects was been commissioned and carried out to
the customers satisfaction. |

The web-presence of the Moto Guzzi
Club GB, an Italian Motorcycle Enthusiasts Club
This ongoing project's aims include informing members
of the general public, demonstrate the friendly and
helpfull atmosphere of the Club and it's membership
and thus entise them to join. The public part of the
web-presence also acts as the entry point to a private
area hosting information only available to Club members
as well as a forum with public and private sections.
The information provided includes purpose
and aims of the Club, contact details, joining instructions,
news, branch information, club events and regalia.
The private area hosts private and organisational
information such as a rescue register and constitution
and the forum enables members and enthusiast to communicat
with each other on a variety of subjects including
technical issues, a marketplace, branch sections and
general banter area.
The new design has improved site navigation and
accessibility and earned a lot of praise by Club members
and other site users. The introduction of the current
forum has created a sharp increase of traffic and
enjoys lively member participation, which has been
helping to attract new members as well as help existing
ones in various efforts and undertakings. And since
the introduction of sponsored adverts the Website
is not only self funding, but now returns a small
profit. |

The task in this project was to help design a site
that represents the identity and unique qualities
of this long standing regiment with it's rich history
and traditions and at the same time conforming to
the requirements of the British Army website, which
it forms a part of.
The information provided includes the
regiments role in todays army as well as it's history,
organisational structure, career opportunities, news
and more.
The new design has proved to be successfull, as
the average visitor now spends more time browsing
and overall pages hits have increased. Other information
requests on subjects that are covered by the site
have decreased, while subjects not covered have increased. |

geologists or anyone with an interest in the subject.
This sites main aim consists of providing a means
to share information amongst marine geologists, to
promote meetings of interest to the marine geoscience
community and encourage public interest and understanding
in the subject.
The information provided includes news,
members and a "what is" section as well
as many other links.
The redesign has been warmly welcomed by academics
and students alike and is hosted on one of Cardiff
University's web servers. The site was produced on
a very small budget. |
